What's happening thisYear!

The 2nd Annual Dearborn County Turns Hazzard County Event. Benefit for CHARGE SYNDROME AND AUTISM AWARENESS. This event will be held at Lawrenceburg Fairgrounds on August 7th from 4pm to 10pm, and on August 8th from 8am to 6pm. There will be Music, Games, Contests, a car show, meet and greet with the Stars of the TV show "The Dukes of Hazzard" and much much more. This event is fun for adults, teens and children of all ages. Enjoy the weekend with Family!

DEARBORN COUNTY TURNS HAZZARD COUNTY

Nite Out Presents The Dukes of hazzard for a charity event at Dearborn County FAIRGROUNDS, LAWRENCEBURG, INDIANA AUG 7th and 8th, 2015. It will be a two day event from 4pm - 10pm on August 7th and 8am-6pm August 8th this event will have actors form the series "The Duke of Hazzard".

This event will benefit the C.H.A.R.G.E Syndrome Foundation. Proceeds will go towards the foundation and to get Madison Carroll Kremer, 12, a lifetime membership.

Madison is the daughter to Melvin Kremer, owner of Nite Out Transportation here in Dearborn County. Madison is deaf, and cannot speak. She has had many surgeries in her 12 years. Her membership would include her the chance to go to conventions where she can meet other kids her age and adults with the same rare disease she suffers with.

The actors appearing are Sonny 'Enos' Shroyer, James 'Rosco' Best, Rick 'Cletus' Hurst, and Catherine ' Daisy Duke' Bach Byron "Coy" Cherry and Don Sheriff "Big Ed" Little. The actors will sign autographs and take pictures with fans during designated hours.

The night before, August 7th, James 'Rosco' Best, will be doing his One Man Show, at Lawrenceburg High School Auditorium at 7:30 (doors open at 6:30pm) showing clips from shows and movies he has done and telling about his life throughout his 2 hour show. The show is very exciting and kid friendly!

At the event we will be doing a Daisy Duke look-a-like contest and a Flash the Bassett Hound dog look-a-like contest. We are going to have local bands for everyone to enjoy. An open car show with some replicas of the cars on the show and anyone else wanting to show off their unique cars will be going on all day. Aslo Uncle Jessie's chili and bean soup cook off.
